The company is an investment company investing in and managing commercial and residential real estate assets globally. They own and manage across multiple sector types, including offices, logistics, warehouses, residential and major mixed-use schemes.

This is a 100% office based role.

What is the plan for the Real Estate Acquisition Manager role?

They are looking for an experienced, professional and performance-driven Real Estate Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for supporting the growth, expansion and planning & executing real estate projects.

What will you do as a Real Estate Acquisition Manager?

• Report on progress, issues, and impediments across the entire acquisition process – from prioritization, analysis, internal review committee and presentations, board reviews, due diligence process, contract negotiations phase, final purchase of the asset, transition and absorption within day-to-day activities of the group
• You will be responsible for delivering within the timelines the internal analysis performed by Acquisition Analysts and appraisers, it will also be responsible for cross checking the data with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
• Set and coordinate all meetings in order to advance each project,
• Organize tenders for the due diligence phase as requested by management
• Comprise all tenders and submit a report to top management for approval of final providers with comparisons between the offers received for each area
• Keep all documentation, minutes, decisions, offers, contracts organized in SharePoint accordingly per each project
• Understand project specific transaction KPI’s and other project management processes to accomplish objectives set by the team
• Analytically approach project management to provide accurate status reports to assist in any strategic decisions
• Prepare presentations and present them to the investment committee of top management


What do you know that makes you a great Real Estate Acquisition Manager?

You will have at least 3-5 years of work experience in the real estate industry with real estate acquisition experience and/or legal background in the real estate industry
• Have an undergraduate law degree preferably, or alternatively an undergraduate degree in business, finance or economics
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a high performance culture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a team-oriented mindset are key components of this position
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Financial modelling skills including cash flow analysis are considered a plus

Salary based on experience with bonus & benefits package.
